How to Properly Store Cigars

The first thing you have to do is to buy a good humidor and to store your cigars at room temperature, moisturizing regularly and recharging the element in humidor. Excessively less fragrant cigars have a strong taste but they crumble in your mouth. Dryness is the main reason for the unfolding of the cover sheet. Please be aware that the manufacturer maintains cigars at room temperature with about 72% humidity. And at 73% humidity the moisture content in stored cigars in perfect condition forever.

If the temperature drops, the humidity should be increased. Never allow the temperature increase. High temperatures and high humidity create an atmosphere of an incubator, and before you know it, around your acquisition there will appear multiply little bugs, or white mold, or a combination of both.
Cigar smoking is better to start as soon as it is removed from the humidor.

There are in sale humidors of all sizes and types. In a pinch, you can put a fresh cigar in a suitcase with zipper, which, in turn, placed inside another suitcase zipper with a damp paper towel. For a short time it will help keep the cigar to maintain its condition.
